PHONE IS CASH TOOK MY PHONE AND FAILED TO PAY

Phoneiscash complaint
I sold my phone to Phone Is Cash and received an email response that a check was mailed out. Two weeks went by no check- no responses to various emails and no idea what happened to my phone.

There is not a telephone number to contact them at and their web sites Bold Chat-Live Chat does not work. So I have been taken . The company responded to my attempt to sell the phone and responded immediately when the phone was received. Alas receiving payment is another thing. It's pretty bad when you trust online company and you get taken.

PhoneIsCash did eventually pay up here, but I'm still a "pissed customer"... it took them way longer than advertised, and their customer service is HORRIBLE and/or nonexistent.

CASH MY PHONE.COM is a scam. I sold them 6 phones valued at $585 over 8 months ago. I am still waiting for my check from them. When I contact them (about 10 times now) they assure me that my "check is in the mail". Learn from my example. Don't let them scam you too!!
