Did not pay for phones as advertised

I sent 2 phones in to Phones is cash.com my so called account says check sent 5/23 no check yet.I have sent emails,tried live help.No response from anyone,I think this is a scam,I cant find a phone # anywhere for this so called Micromedia corp.I needed the money for the phones,since my husband died in March,but oh well live and learn,BBB has numerous complaints.This company is a rip off..I would not reccomend this company,that doesnt make a difference i know, they have 300.00 of my phones, ...Debra Whinnery
